The Patriots have a bye coming up this week, and then its on to the divisional round against one of the Wild Card winners that will be playing their games this week. The Patriots started off this year 10-0, while looking like the most dominant team in the NFL. Injuries were a setback for the team, as they finished their last 6 games with a record of 2 wins and 4 losses. Injuries can derail any team's season, and it's not hard to see how the Patriots were affected down the stretch. Players like Nate Solder, Legarette Blount, and Dion Lewis are lost for the year in the midst of the Pats strong start. However, some of the players who have been hurt recently will be seeing game action in the Divisional Round, such as Julian Edelman and Sebastian Vollmer.

Getting healthy will be the key for the Patriots in the upcoming weeks. When healthy, they have shown they can be as dominant as any team in the league. Having Edelman back will really be the key for the Patriots offense, while getting Donta Hightower healthy will be the key for the defense. With regards to Julian Edelman, he has been huge for Brady when it comes to getting the ball out of his hands. With Edelman in the game, Brady has gotten the ball out of his hands on an average of 2.1 seconds, which is extremely low. This allows him to take less hits, and gives the struggling offensive line less time needed to defend the opponent. Without Edelman in the game, it has taken Brady well over 3 seconds. That itself will be the key to the offense being able to move the ball and get down the field like they did in the early portion of the season, and will lead the Patriots to the promised land.

Of course if that doesn't convince you, maybe simply having the coach in the image above will.
